Brandy Spencer-Rounds began her journey with Fairview Recovery Services in 2012 following the completion of her Associates Degree in Applied Science of Chemical Dependency Counseling. Brandy started as a Case Manager at the Addiction Crisis Center, obtained her CASAC-2 in 2017 and was then promoted to the Program Coordinator for 3 years before moving to the position of Clinical Supervisor until she left Fairview in 2020. Brandy returned in January, 2022 to be the Program Director of the Residential Rehabilitation Women’s Program and has since obtained her CASAC-A.

Director, VOICES Recovery Center
In 2010, Don started his relationship with Fairview Recovery services as a third shift program aide at the Addictions Crisis Center. Over the years, Don has worked hard to successfully progress to a first shift program aide, head program aide and then Case Manager. In 2017, upon earning his CASAC license, he was promoted to Program Coordinator for the Addiction Stabilization Center and then was advanced to Admissions Coordinator, handling admissions for all the Fairview programs. In March of 2020, Don was promoted to become the Director of Voices Recovery Center.

Program Director, Residential Rehabilitation Women’s Program
Since 2012, Elizabeth “Liz” Baez has had a varied professional history working in human services, addiction, victim advocacy and Human Resources. For over a decade, Liz has volunteered in a variety of correctional facilities and treatment centers. While working as a Counselor at Helio Health’s Integrated Outpatient, as well as their ROACA (Regional Open Access Center for Addiction) walk-in crisis unit she was also a part of the Trauma-Informed Care Committee. In 2014, Liz received her Bachelor of Art degree from SUNY Oswego and Liz has obtained her CASAC -T in 2018, CASAC in 2020 and has completed all Advanced CASAC requirements in 2021.

Program Director, Residential Rehabilitation Men’s Program
Hazell McKenzie MSW, Program Director, Residential Rehabilitation Men’s Program, graduated in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in History from York College. Hazell’s studies were focused on West Africa and the Transatlantic slave trade, however, her life experiences led her to become a Master of Social Work. Hazell is the creator of an innovative idea called “The smart diagnostic instrument” AKA the social work smart doll. It provides a tool for making disclosure of Childhood sexual abuse easier for children and allows the professional to access this information to tailor a specific intervention for that child. Hazell graduated from Binghamton University in 2019 with a Master of Social Work degree and most recently was the Clinical Coordinator for Residential Rehabilitation at Fairview Recovery Services.
Prior to obtaining her Master of Social Work degree, Hazell worked as a Family Advocate, for a school-based program in Brooklyn, NY. This program provided mental health engagement, intervention, and follow-up support to help overcome resistance to treatment.

Director, VOICES Recovery Center
In 2019, Jeffery Eaddy-EL became the Director of VOICES Recovery Center, Fairview Recovery Services. Jeff completed ASA courses at Broome Community College in 2012. Soon after, he began his career at Fairview as an intern at the Addictions Crisis Center and eventually became employed part-time as a program aide in 2013. Jeff soon became full time and worked as a Case Manager in Fairview’s Supportive Living program and then on to the position of Recovery Coach at VOICES Recovery Center. During this period, Jeff also worked for HCA (Handicapped Children’s Association). With Jeff’s hard work, he received his CCAR Training/Ethics & MAT trainings, NYS certified recovery coach certifications, CRPA, NYS Certified Recovery Peer Advocate certification, and passed his IC & RC exam. In 2018, Jeff successfully received his CASAC, QHP Certification.

Intake Coordinator & Clinical Billing Liaison
Sarah Tiffany began her relationship with Fairview Recovery Services, Inc in 2015 by completing her internship at Fairview’s Supportive Living Program. Sarah transitioned from her internship experience to becoming as a full time Case Manager in Fairview’s Supportive Living Program. She served as Case Manager before being promoted to Intake Coordinator of the Residential Rehabilitation Program for a year. Sarah currently holds the position as Fairview’s Residential Rehabilitation Intake Coordinator and Clinical Billing Liaison. Sarah graduated with honors from SUNY Broome with an Associates in Chemical Dependency Counseling and achieved her CASAC-T.

Alisa holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Major in Human Development) and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the State University of Binghamton. She is a certified CASAC level A. Alisa has an extensive history of working, providing and advocating for individuals living with substance use and mental health issues. Over the years, Alisa has worked with Fairview Recovery Services in many different capacities before venturing out to pursue other professional opportunities. She has now returned to Fairview Recovery Services to take the position of Program Director, Residential Rehabilitation Men’s Program.

Clinical Director
Heather holds an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Education with a Specialization in Family and Community Services and is also a New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Heather began her relationship with Fairview Recovery Services after several years of human service experience, through many different avenues, from teaching in Public School Districts to working in Corrections.
Heather started her career, in the addictions field, as a Case Manager for the Fairview/Merrick Community Residence. She served as Case Manager for a year and a half before being promoted to Community Residence Program Coordinator. In August 2018, Heather gained additional experience as a NY State Foster Care Supervisor. Shortly, thereafter, Heather returned to Fairview as the Director of Residential and Clinical Supervision before being promoted to the Clinical Director.
Pat received his Master’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY College at Old Westbury. Pat’s career with Fairview began in 1998 when he became the Coordinator of Fairview’s Supportive Living Program. He moved on to be a Fairview contract employee in Owego as the Coordinator of the Tioga County Single Point Access Program and then became the Clinical Director for Fairview prior to his most recent position as Fairview’s Executive Director.
